Don holds a range of hospitality, catering and management qualifications including a Degree in Hotel Management & Catering. His training took place at the 5 Star, 'Hotel Oriental' in Bangkok and Don has also worked at a number of other high-class establishments such as 'The London Hilton, Park Lane'.
The Middlebrook venue also features the new, TUK TUK Resto Bar, providing a variety of quality live entertainment from local Artists whilst serving dishes from an authentic Thai Street Food Menu to compliment the wide range of Beers, Wines, Spirits, Cocktails and soft drinks.
