TICKETS are now on sale for next summer's Rochdale Feel Good Festival and another act has been revealed.

Guitarist and singer/songwriter Aziz Ibrahim will play the festival's main stage next summer, the organisers have announced.

The influential multi-talented musician from Manchester has performed with artists including the Stone Roses, Simply Red and Asia, as well as co-writing and playing live with the likes of Ian Brown and Paul Weller, Rebel MC and Hot Chocolate.

With a career spanning over three decades, he's also founded the Asian Blues Collective and toured with Pakistan based rock group 'Overload'.

Aziz's solo work includes his acclaimed debut album telling the story of his family's journey from 'Lahore To Longsight', EP 'Middle Road' and album 'Rusholme Rock with Tabla maestro Dalbir Singh Rattan', all showcasing his unique blend of Desi GuitR and Asian Blues.

He will be joined by previously announced headliner The Fratellis; northern soul band The Northern Soultrain; Manchester singer/songwriter Abbie Ozard; alternative dance band ENTT; indie/folk duo Firewoodisland and DJ Dave Sweetmore.

More acts are set to be announced, including a local battle of the bands' winner. The Feel Good Festival will take place on Saturday August 13, 2022.

It will feature another showcase of top-class entertainment, food and culture. There will be live music across indoor venues, a main stage, plus food and drink.

Tickets (£7) are on sale now from the festival website:
