Join Bolton Ramblers this Sunday, February 16th for a 10 mile circular walk through three of Chorley's most beautiful parks.  Meet at 10am at the Yarrow Valley Country Park car park, off the B5251 Coppull Road, Birkacre, PR7 3QL.

From Yarrow Valley Country Park, the walk climbs Dob Brow and follows the Yarrow Valley to Astley Park.  It then crosses Chorley to the Leeds & Liverpool Canal where it heads South, leaving to enjoy the splendour of Duxbury Park and Woods, once again following the River Yarrow.  Leaving the woods to arrive at the fish ladder and weir, the walk returns to its starting point.

The walk is free and there is no need to book.  Just turn up with suitably sturdy walking gear and a packed lunch.  For more information, contact 07729 346 566 or visit: www.boltonramblers.org.uk.
