Police are appealing for information after a Porsche was found burnt out on a driveway in Bury.
Shortly before 1am on Thursday February 1st, police were called to Manchester Road after it was reported that a car had been set on fire.
In the early hours of the morning, someone approached the car and used a brick to break the rear window, before setting it alight.
Emergency services attended and extinguished the fire.
Detective Constable Andrew Beanland of GMP’s Bury borough, said: “While we believe this was an isolated incident, we need witnesses to come forward and help us piece together exactly what happened, and who is responsible.
“If you live in the area and heard a disturbance in the early hours of Thursday morning, or have information that could help with our investigation, please contact police. “
