Chris Green MP is inviting local residents to ‘Meet your MP’ events taking place across his constituency in the coming weeks.
The MP for Bolton West is hoping the events will see local residents come forward to raise their questions and concerns about the local and national issues they want to discuss.
The MP has hosted several “Meet your MP” events since his election in 2015 and hopes that their popularity continues with the newly announced events.
Mr Green said: “I want to make sure I can continue to represent the voices of my local constituents and address their concerns and there’s no better way of doing that than hosting events like this.
“The events provide an opportunity for local residents to ask any questions they may have about local and national issues or raise any concerns they may have.
“I’m looking forward to seeing many constituents at the ‘Meet your MP’ events and if they can’t make these dates, I’ll be hosting plenty more events like this over the coming months.”
The first Meet your MP event will be taking place in Daisy Hill on Tuesday 25th September from 7pm – 8pm at Daisy Hill Cricket Club.
The following will be taking place in Smithills on Thursday 27th September from 7pm – 8pm at The Triangle Community Methodist Church.
The events are free to attend and require no appointment.
